IT Intern

Job Description:

• Assist in the management of IT assets, including tracking and documenting hardware and software inventory.

• Provide support in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network devices and endpoint devices.

• Aid in setting up new offices by assisting with the installation and configuration of IT equipment and software.

• Assist in hardware setup and repair tasks, such as assembling and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals.

• Provide end user support for IT peripherals, including troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, scanners, and other devices.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Computer Networking and Security.

• Experience in managing & maintaining Network Sharing Path

• Aware of Hardware & Software Update.

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced IT environment.

• We are seeking candidates who are proficient in Mandarin, along with English and Bahasa Malaysia, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
