Can I join through a specific leader who is already an IQI Real Estate Negotiator (REN)?
Yes, you can join through an existing IQI REN. Simply contact the REN directly, and they will provide you with a referral link to register and guide you through the joining process.
Do I need to pay any fees?
Yes, a one-time registration fee is required, which covers your REN kit (including the IQI T-shirt, lanyard, New REN Training, and exam). If you join through a referral link, you must use that link to complete your registration and payment. Additionally, you will need to attend the two-day NCC course conducted by MIEA. Once you have obtained the certificate, you can submit the required documents to IQI to receive your REN tag.
What is the New REN Training?
The New REN Training is a 4-day program designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to succeed as a Real Estate Negotiator. After the training, you must sit for an exam within 24 hours.
Is this a commission-based job?
Yes, the role of an IQI Real Estate Negotiator is entirely commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance.
What is the ATLAS SuperApp?
